Internship on ML based approaches for Microrobots

Are you interested in e-learning tools? Do you enjoy exploring new technologies? Are you good at graphic and/or web design? The Haptic Intelligence department of the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems (MPI-IS) is currently developing an online teaching module on force-feedback haptic devices. From simple knobs to robotic arms with a dozen degrees of freedom, force-feedback haptic technology enables people to touch and feel objects in virtual or remote environments. The educational module will consist of a series of short videos and interactive assignments presenting haptic devices and use cases. We are looking for a motivated student with skills and interest in video creation and editing and/or web design to help develop the audiovisual blocks of the e-learning module and make them attractive and efficient for the learners. Knowledge of haptics is not required.
